Miapolis

Proposal for Miami, Florida, USA.

The proposal includes an amusement park, a trade center, an observatory, rotating sky-lounge, a shopping mall, restaurants, condominiums, office space, a hotel and a marina, to be built on a 28-acre (11 ha) site.

If built it will surpass Burj Khalifa as the world's tallest man-made structure.

Spaceport America

Under construction in a desert in New Mexico.

The world's first built-from-scratch commercial spaceport.

Richard Branson's Virgin Galactic plans to launch its first flight from the spaceport in 2012. More than 65,000 would-be space tourists have applied for the first batch of 100 tickets. The price for a space flight will initially be $200,000.

New York Tower

Proposal for a residential tower at One Madison Avenue, New York City.

The design features a series of spiraling gardens extending the green of Madison Square along the facade of the tower.  The tower is set back from its neighbors - maintaing views and maximizing light and air.  The building is in its early stages and will reach a more definitive deadline when the proposal enters the public review process. The 54-storey tower will sit atop a 14-storey masonry structure that is an annex for the Metropolitan Life building.

Monterrey International Stadium

Proposal for Monterrey, Mexico.

The stadium is designed to have 80.000 seats and has been inspired by traditional Mexican themes. It will accommodate soccer and NFL, as well as a capability for an international standard athletics track using a raised platform concept.

The stadium is to be constructed on a circular land bridge over the dry Santa Catarina River, creating both a physical and symbolic link between the northern and southern parts of the city.

Transbay Tower & Terminal

Winning design entry for the new Transbay transit terminal, San Francisco, USA.

Proposed plan to replace the current underutilized and outdated building with an entirely new and more functional building. In addition to maintaining the current bus services, this proposed terminal would also include a tunnel that would extend the  commuter rail lines.

Also know as MoMA Expansion Tower.

The building's skin contains a faceted exterior that tapers to a set of crystalline peaks at the apex of the tower. 

When built it will host galleries in the ground floors, connected to the MoMA, a 5 star hotel and luxurious residential apartments.
